TCM812MERCTR Overview

Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. There is a supply current of 6μA for the power management.
