STM6315RDW13F Description


A low power supervisory device used to keep an eye on power supplies is the STM6315RDW13F Microprocessor Reset Circuit. It just has one job: asserting a reset signal whenever the VCC supply voltage falls below a predetermined value and maintaining it until the VCC has risen over the predetermined threshold for a minimum amount of time (trec). Additionally, it has a manual reset input (MR). It is possible to pull up the open drain RST output to a voltage that is greater than VCC but lower than 6V.

  • 1.5 A is the low supply current (typ)

  • At 25°C, the reset threshold accuracy is 1.8%.

  • RST assertion is ensured down to VCC = 1.0V

  • Open drain RST output may be greater than VCC.

  • Immunity to power supply transients

  • Thermostat operating range: -40 to +125 °C

  • Offered in the SOT143-4 package.
