<h3>SN74LS240N Overview</h3><div><br/>Logical driver uses a neat 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. Tube external packaging. Available in Through Hole. Voltage buffer adopts Buffer, Inverting logic prototype. Buffer IC is fed with a voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. Qualified to operate within 0°C~70°C TA. The high and low logic state output current of logical driver is 15mA 24mA. Logical driver can deal with 3-State output (s). All of the 2 elements are put into use. Digital buffer is one of the 74LS series devices. Buffer IC is suitable for Through Hole applications. Logical driver has 20 pins. The bus transceiver employs 4 bits for each element. You can search &quot;74LS240&quot; for other related electrical components. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 26mA. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 5V recommends users apply 5V on the logical driver. 8 bits are included within the electrical component. 8 channels for high quality communication.
