A 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad case is used for packaging. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. As a rule, the maximum value for normal operation is 2GHz. It contains 28 terminations. With a supply voltage of 2.5V, it is possible to achieve a high level of efficiency. As you can see, it is mounted by Surface Mount. Electrical components classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution) are classified as such. The temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. With a 2.375V~3.6VV power source, it should work. There is a place for it in the way of Surface Mount. The clock buffer contains 28 pins. The output of it is LVPECL. It is operated using the 28 pins.
